Hey everyone!  Just though I would share a fantastic dinner creation I made several weeks ago!  I am always getting bored with basic dinner, and will just decide to throw together something I can not find an online recipe for.  (Do not get me wrong, I know there are stuffed pepper recipes, but they are all mild.)  These I call "Thai Style Stuffed Peppers". You just take as many orange, yellow, and red peppers you will need for your size family.  (My husband and I could only eat like 1 large size stuffed pepper before being full.  If they are small size peppers, you may need 2 per person.)  You will also need a couple of large size cans of all white meat chicken, a couple of bags Uncle Ben's microwave rice in either Basmati or Jasmine (an all white rice), a jar of Jalfrezi curry simmering sauce (it is mild), some chopped yellow onion and some Tandoori Naan bread.  After you clean out the peppers (be sure to save the lids), set them to the side and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  While that is warming, take your onions and Jalfrezi sauce in a wok on the stove and let it simmer on medium.  At this point you can go ahead and put the bags of rice in the microwave for 90 seconds.  As that heats up a little go ahead and lay out a big mixing bowl so you can combine your ingredients.  (Remember to continually stir your onion/ Jalfrezi combo in the wok.)  After about 5 or so minutes of the jalfrezi/ onion combo simmering, go ahead and remove it from the heat and put into your mixing bowl. When your jalfrezi, and onion combo are in the bowl, add your chicken and rice.  Blend till all ingredients are soaked in the Jalfrezi sauce.  When this is done, stuff your peppers with the jalfrezi soaked rice.  Add your pepper lids, wrap your dish in some aluminum foil as to make a sort of "steaming tent", and put into the oven.  Let cook about an hour, a little more if you have a lot of peppers to cook.  The last like 10 minutes of cook time, lightly sprinkle the tops of your Tandoori Naan bread with water as to make a lightly crunchy crust.  (Put the Naan on cookie sheets to cook.)  Add the Naan to the cook cycle the like last 5 to 8 minutes of cook time on the peppers depending on how many slices you have. (For 2 pieces of Naan, it takes around 5 minutes so go up from there.  1 Naan per person works since it is a very filling meal.)  Here are the pics I took!!!  Hope you try it sometime, it is really good and VERY filling!!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to post about this Awesome BzzAgent campaign I have been on called “Dr. Scholl’s for Her”. I have been thoroughly enjoying these wonderful ‘made for her’ gel insoles for high heels and sandals! My feet literally last all day in any fancy/ gorgeous heel, sandal, or wedge. A day of shopping is no longer an issue! :)
I personally recommend, and will be buying, several pairs of these lovely life-savers for women. The only thing I do suggest is once you get them in your favorite pair of heels or sandals, do not move them around from pair to pair as the glue seems to loosen if moved too many times.

Enjoy the pics!
